GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. Flat Rate Shipping: $6.50

FREE U.S. SHIPPING on all orders $75+

Canadian rates start at $16 USD. International* rates begin at $18 USD.

*Effective 4/1/22, international shipping is limited to a few select countries/regions due to ongoing increases in shipping rates/fees/taxes. These increases have made our products cost prohibitive for the international customer and our business. International mail service suspensions will also affect where we ship. We apologize for this inconvenience.

International customers are responsible for all duties/fees at the time of delivery for all shipments regardless of their declared value. 

We pack as efficiently as possible to make sure your products can be safely shipped in the smallest box possible. Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days following payment and U.S. orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground depending on the size and weight of your package. A shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provide with your order.

Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.  Any order placed on Friday thru Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

We do not offer expedited shipping and/or overnight shipping due to our products being made in small batches and the potential of limited product availability on the day you place your order.

Please contact us for any special requests to discuss if we are able to meet your needs prior to placing your order.

We reserve the right to hold shipment of products during inclement weather to avoid damage to the product. We will always contact you promptly via email of any shipping changes or issues.

We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us with any questions, comments or concerns.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international duties, fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer regardless of the declared value of the shipment.

Rachel's Plan Bee is not responsible for shipping exceptions due to customs, natural occurrences, transfers from US postal service to the country's local carrier or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once a package has left the United States. It is also the responsibility of the customer to verify that all information submitted with the order is complete and correct as we are unable to verify international addresses. International orders to many countries cannot be tracked once it leaves the United States. Delivery time for international shipments can vary greatly and will generally be anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. 


SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the nature of Rachel’s Plan Bee products, the heat during the hot summer months can affect the texture and consistency of your products. We cannot guarantee all products will arrive 100% solid. If melting or leaking occurs during the shipping process, we cannot issue a refund. No guarantees can be made during periods of high temperatures above 85º F. We have many customers that stock up on their favorite products prior to the beginning of summer.
So here's the good news --- melted or softened products can be left out (sealed in their original container) to reach room temperature for several hours prior to use and still retain all of their moisturizing benefits, but the texture and consistency may be altered.


RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not take returns on opened items. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer unless product is damaged or sent in error. Refer to shipping information below. 


Please contact us before you order regarding any specific ingredient or general product questions that are not answered on our website so that we may help you choose the right product for your skin.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at rachel@rachelsplanbee.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rachel@rachelsplanbee.com and send your item to: P.O. BOX 1213 Buda Texas US 78610-1213. IMPORTANT: Please contact us before sending your item so we can be prepared to receive it.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: P.O. BOX 1213 Buda Texas US 78610-1213. IMPORTANT: Please contact us before sending your item so we can be prepared to receive it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Order shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
