It's here. The last day of another great year. Thank you for all your encouragement, feedback, messages, emails, comments and support. We are collecting your feedback and suggestions and can't wait to share all the goodness that is coming this new year.

As we head into a new year, there are four things we will strive to do more of in 2016:
  • Mindfulness - Here's to being more fully present in our day-to-day family and self-care activities this coming year.
  • Gratitude for Unseen Grace - A new year brings a new opportunity for gratitude for the little things that go unnoticed that make our lives happier and more peaceful.
  • More Time Out - In 2016, we will aim for more scheduled time out. Everyone needs a break and a new year is a perfect time to plan for short periods of rest.
  • More Shenanigans - defined as "silly or high-spirited behavior; mischief" -- We don't take ourselves too seriously and more silliness in 2016 will help keep us grounded and focused on what's important.
What are you most excited about for 2016? Do you and your family make new year's resolutions? Send us a note and tell us your thoughts -- we would love to hear from you!

  • I’m really looking forward to being able to walk and then hopefully run for health in 2016. I had broken my foot a couple years ago and had surgery however it didn’t heal well so consequently I had to have my ankle fused a couple months ago. After a couple months in a cast, I’m not currently walking (minimally) in an ortho boot. I would love to be able to get to where I can walk, with minimal pain, daily to improve my health.
